Shared lists
for people without an iPhone, too.

Reminders is free, built in and great with Siri. But sharing only works with people who have an Apple Account. Papertray shares with anyone who has an email address, on any phone or computer.

Why people choose Papertray

What you get with Papertray.

Everyone's invited.

Share with your partner on Android or your colleague on Windows. They open it in a browser or install it, and see the same list within seconds.

A home for bigger plans.

Areas, projects and headings give a renovation, a launch or a move its own place, with a ring that fills as it gets done.

Know what's next.

Upcoming shows everything with a date, Someday holds the maybes, and the Logbook remembers what you finished.

In fairness

Where Apple Reminders is the better choice.

  • Reminders is free and already on every iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch.
  • Siri can add reminders, and they can alert you at a time or when you arrive somewhere.
  • It works offline and has smart lists, tags and early reminders.
  • If everyone you share with uses Apple devices, Reminders may be all you need.

Moving over

Bring your lists with you.

Select reminders in a list on your Mac, copy them, and paste them into Papertray's Settings → Import. Each line becomes a to-do.

Questions.

Can I share Apple Reminders with someone on Android?

Does Papertray work on iPhone?

Yes. In Safari, add Papertray to your Home Screen and it opens full screen like an app, with swipe actions on to-dos.
